How can I exchange or claim ordered DAILYSOCKS?

"First of all, you can assume that you have purchased high-quality socks from DAILYSOCKS, which are knitted from selected yarns and have undergone quality control."

If there is still a defect or if you do not like the product, you have the right to exchange or return any products you purchased on dailysocks.berlin within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Products purchased in our online shop can not be returned to a DAILYSOCKS dealer.

All products must be unused and unworn, and the packaging and labels must be intact. If you return or exchange products, you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Once we have received the return, we will exchange the products or refund the purchase price according to your preference. The shipping costs incurred at the time of ordering will not be refunded. The processing of the refund will be done using the same payment method you used when ordering the item.

How does the exchange / return for my DAILYSOCKS work?

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Please contact us at kundenservice@dailysocks.berlin, so that we know that the goods are being returned and can note the return in your order process.
  2. Send the items to the address below:

  1. Send your items with the intact label along with your order number.
  2. Add information on how you would like us to process your return (e.g., refund, exchange for a different size, style, etc.)
  3. In case of an exchange, please clarify by stating the item name and size, which alternative products you would like (please note that only products of the same or lower price can be exchanged).

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your request and send you a confirmation email. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs for the return, and you are responsible for ensuring that the return arrives complete with us.
