• § 1 Scope
  "These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to the business relationships between Texolution GmbH and the customer."
  texolution GmbH does not recognize any conflicting or deviating conditions from these GTC.
  
  § 2 Conclusion of Contract
  The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an informal online catalog. After entering your personal data and by clicking the "order for a fee" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract is concluded with our order confirmation or delivery of the

  § 4 Partial deliveries
  "We are entitled to partial deliveries as far as this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs will only arise by express agreement."
  
  § 5 Retention of Title
  The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
  
  § 6 Warranty
  The warranty is provided in accordance with the legal provisions.
  
  § 7 Cost Bearing Agreement
  If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the regular costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if you have not yet made the payment or a contractually agreed partial payment for the item at a higher price at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return will be free of charge for you. If you would like a replacement delivery for your returned items, we reserve the right to charge a processing and shipping fee of €3.50.
  
  § 8 Prices
  The price specified in the respective offer for the item for sale is understood as the final price. The price does not include delivery and shipping costs.
  
  § 9 Commercial Jurisdiction
  The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our business location, if you are a merchant.

         § 10 Discounts through Newsletter Subscriptions

         The 10% newsletter discount only applies from a minimum order value of 39€.
